We are looking for an intern to join our HRBP team in New York. Our HRBPs work as senior-level strategic partners with the business to align company objectives with the organization. They work with management and across the HR function to deliver a relevant People Plan that optimizes and champions the employee and the business.
You’ll support the HRBP team with administrative support, onboarding of new employees, various HR policies and making sure that the data in our HR system is up to date.

What you’ll do
- You will provide insights about our HR policies around benefits, vacation, and terms of employment etc to managers and employeesUpdate and make sure that we have the accurate employee data in our HR system.
- Help out with onboarding of new employees, and eventually also facilitate the weekly new hire orientation for new employees.
- You’ll work with employee statistics and dataUpdate and make sure our internal information is accurate in the places where we have itSupport HRBPs in their daily work, and work with partners in other HR teams when needed.
- You’ll also assist in ongoing improvement projects for our HR department.
Who you are
- You are currently studying for at least a Bachelors in Human resource or equivalent and plan to graduate in 2022
- You have a big interest in HR and wish to expand your knowledge within this area
- You care about organizing your work and are comfortable communicating with employees at all levels
- You are ready to start interning in June 2021
- You are comfortable communicating in English
