The Creative Services team within Mobile Marketing manages and executes creative across multiple internal teams as well as tailoring global assets for product launches in the U.S. We are creative and strategic thinkers, always keeping the big picture in mind while fine tuning details and ensuring brand guidelines are being followed. Position Summary

This role will report directly to the Creative Art Manager and is responsible for writing all forms of online advertising, production and broadcast content, and email materials. The position will offer the opportunity to work both individually and collaboratively on all aspects of the creative process for a wide range of marketing projects. You’ll be responsible for working with our agency partners and internal managers in other departments to translate our key messages and vision into high-quality communications, from initial concept to completion.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Write and review copy for a variety of media including Online: OLA (online ads) and OLV (online video); Print and OOH (out of home); Audio (online/broadcast); Emails; Campaign Messaging
  • Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
  • Collaborate with product marketing and other team members to assess project needs and help with messaging
  • Drive brand consistency across all communications
  • Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere

Required Skills and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications

  • Minimum of 3 years of copywriting experience in marketing
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an agency setting is preferred but not required
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
  • Conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice and enforce brand guidelines
  • Solid understanding of interactive medium and new technologies
  • Excellent portfolio of work

Necessary Skills & Attributes:

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.

  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.
  • Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
  • Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications. 
  • The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives.

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:

  • The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.
  • Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. 
  • The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds.
  • Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress.
  • Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas.
  • Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule.
  • Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.  Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position.
