In this role you will be responsible for event management to give guidance on resource allocation and efficiency to better support our ongoing e-commerce campaign. Roles & Responsibilities: - Understand e-commerce promotion activities around TikTok ecology, and keep polishing the guidelines for campaign resources based on business requirements to improve ROI - Be familiar with the creation of e-commerce content, be able to plan content matrix and marketing play for different types of commodity promotion needs, and be responsible for the final communication and transformation effect - Be the go-to-person with local multi-function teams to support e-commerce team
Key Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience in e-commerce specializing in livestreams - Proficient in English and native Indonesian language. Chinese is a plus - Excellent writing skills, planning, copywriting, live content planning or editing work experience or large company marketing planning experience - Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and Instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots - Strong executive ability, communication ability and pressure resistance, can quickly achieve results
