You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will anticipate the needs of managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You will also strategically support your team's projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks (e.g., manage busy calendars, book travel, create expense reports, organize events, schedule facilities/equipment, etc.).
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define operational strategies.
  • Serve as project manager for small and medium projects.
  • Help drive culture, connection, and more on the team.
  • Be an active contributor to the executive and business partner community.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience working in general administration

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience working in direct executive support
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of team members and job functions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
