Selection Process
- The best photos in each category are selected by a select committee consisting of communication and environmental experts determined by the EEA
- Photos of thefinalists will be submitted to an external ju apprentice, consisting of environmental communication experts from across Europe
- The judges will determine the winners for all prices, except for the Public Choice Awards
- Finalist entries selected by the Pre-Election Commission from July 1 to July 15, 2025 have access to the Public Option Awards voteAll price winners will be announced on July 25th, 2025
- The competition is open to citizens of EU 27 member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and Turkier As part of the Stabilization and Association Agreement:North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and HerzegovinaIn the above countries, you need to take photos
- All participants must be 18 years of age or older
- Full copyright to the submitted material is required , photos must correspond to the operating rules defined in general terms (Article 1) You can submit up to five entries in the contest Each entry will be treated individually and must be filled out in a new submission form for each entry By submitting a entry, you are assumed to agree to accept competitive rules and terms
