Selection Process
- The best photos in each category are selected by a select committee consisting of communication and environmental experts determined by the EEA
- Photos of thefinalists will be submitted to an external ju apprentice, consisting of environmental communication experts from across Europe
- The judges will determine the winners for all prices, except for the Public Choice Awards
- Finalist entries selected by the Pre-Election Commission from July 1 to July 15, 2025 have access to the Public Option Awards voteAll price winners will be announced on July 25th, 2025
- The competition is open to citizens of EU 27 member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and Turkier As part of the Stabilization and Association Agreement:North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and HerzegovinaIn the above countries, you need to take photos
- All participants must be 18 years of age or older
