Job Description: 

Act as Learning & Development (L&D) main point of contact for all learning enquiries and learning updates for their respective Departments. Any learning needs, requests, and liaison will come through the Learning Business Partner (LBP)

Support in the full cycle of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and training content customisation for Department-specific training

Establish clear and regular communication channels with Department HRBPs, Leads, Managers, and Heads to support any pain points and needs that may arise

Keep track of any learning-related issues or pain points, while providing relevant recommendations and coordinating the end-to-end implementation of the proposed programs/trainings/e-learnings

Work together with the L&D Programs, L&D Trainers, and L&D Virtual E-Learning teams to design and develop programs that fulfil the needs of their respective departments

Liaise with content specialist/subject matter experts to provide support in learning design and facilitate delivery and evaluation of training

Oversee and manage the end-to-end coordination of Department specific L&D programs and training, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

Conduct research, data analysis and/or prepare reports (e.g. training effectiveness, impact)

Present reports and updates to stakeholders, such as Department HRBPs, Leads, Managers, and Heads

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related field

At least 7+ years experience in Learning & Development 

Basic experience in design and data analysis is a plus

Fast-learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on time

Detail-oriented and well-organized in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Known for a can-do spirit

Comfortable working independently and in a tea

Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
