PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China, one of Indonesian National Strategic Project (PSN), are looking for the best candidates to participate and contribute the Jakarta – Bandung High-Speed Railway (HSR) Project.

Job Description :

• Translate the meeting, reports, formal letter work, and also in meeting or internal event or any activities into genuine Bahasa Indonesia – Mandarin or Mandarin – English (Vice Versa) if needed including but not limited.
• Translate any documents including technical terms, especially for construction and railway terms.
• Assist Expatriates to communicate with local employees
• Do coordination work or administrative
• Do daily/Weekly/Annual report

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Hospitality /Psychology / Chinese Language
2. At least 2 years of working experience as an interpreter or in the related field
3. Translate/Interpreter, Coordination, Team Work, Good Communication, Adaptability, independent, etc
4. Disciplined, easy to communicate and well organized
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
6. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin (HSK 4), English (must have good writing, reading, listening and speaking skills)

Job Overview:

1. Manage marketing research for business development and develop marketing strategy concepts for high speed railway transportation.
2. Manage sales data including making analysis, evaluation, reports and farebox sales program plans
3. Manage, compile, and evaluate marketing communication strategies for high-speed railway transportation above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL)
4. Developing high speed railway passenger transportation business portfolio
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in communication, economics, marketing, psychology, & industrial engineering.
2. Experience in a similar field for 6-8 years, preferably has experience in the public transportation business field
3. Have experience in the managerial field for 3-5 years
4. Have good communication skills to a wide audience
5. Have commitment, able to be responsible for the targets and directions given to ensure they are carried out and completed.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other supporting applications
7. Able to work in a team, able to manage the unit under him, have initiative, and can communicate actively and effectively and be able to represent the company well to business partners
