About this job
This is a locally recruited position within an Australian diplomatic mission overseas.
The Administration and Customer Services Officer undertakes a range of customer service duties sales, finance and administration from the office to support the general operations of the Consulate General. This position also provides passport processing services for Australians and Canadians in Hawaii. This role works closely with colleagues at the consulate in a small team. This position works in the office.

Qualification:
- Strong customer service orientation and demonstrated experience in a customer service role.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
