About this job

Role: As Head of Advertising, you will be part of the Social Creative team under Marketing. Your primary role will be to create high-quality video/motion graphics and dynamic interactive assets on a variety of themes and formats based on the campaign and creative brief provided by the Lazada team. You will also be responsible for the Livestream technical service, ensuring that we can edit and show broadcasts on different channels (Laz Live, YouTube, Facebook, etc. ) Collaboration will play an important role in this project. As a Graphic Designer, you will work with internal and external partners to design and develop creative graphic assets to deliver unique live media that contribute to marketing goals. The Director of Communications will report to the Creative Director and National Marketing Director for all relevant decisions and approvals. Functions:

Key features and functions: - Cascade static key visuals into dynamic graphics assets. - Develop graphics / video assets for online, social and above channels - Art director for LazLive using OBS and Wirecast - Create live graphics for LazLive broadcasts - Understand campaign details and provide creative art direction- Discover ideas and campaigns, strategic ideas and creative skills for digital, social media at LazLive - Develop creative content, graphics, keynotes and mockups for campaigns and forecasts - inspired to learn new techniques and skills, explore new social creative techniques and help the group develop. Innovative thinking - Collaborate with media managers to ensure clear understanding and delivery of deliverables through projects - Ability to self-manage to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize projects and move projects to interface - data and learning to inform creative process and final design - Collaborate with internal partners to create content/presentations directly

Qualifications and skills: 

  • Diploma / Advanced / Diploma in art, media, multimedia creation and graphics 
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in related work / industry with experience in media, production / media or content production 
  • Knowledge of live streaming software (eg: OBS, Wirecast, Streamyard, etc.) 
  • Advanced knowledge of design tools (eg: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)  Visual good to design and understand digital creations, human creations. , visual reporting, documentation, storytelling and modeling 
  • Experience working within brand guidelines while creating creative content to meet market needs -
  • Ability to work under pressure, skills Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks 
  •  Strong command of design principles, typography, color theory. and Conceptual - Link to online portfolio highlighting relevant work (including link to your CV)
