Duties
The senior roving administrative assistant provides
secretarial and administrative services as assigned by Human Resources
Assistant. The duties include controlling, distributing, and securing
classified documents; receiving phone calls, greeting visitors, maintaining
meeting calendars, drafting routine memos, letters and/or telegrams as
appropriate, and assist in any special projects when assigned to HR.
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 3 years working experience in performing administrative/secretarial duties and/or office management duties.
- Two years university or college studies is required.
- Must have a Good Working Knowledge in speaking/reading/writing English is required. (This may be tested)
