At gTech's Users and Products team (gUP), our goal is to assist users in maximizing their use of Google. We are the representatives of Google's users and many of our partners around the world. We share information with the rest of Google to make sure that our customers have great experiences with our products.
gUP creates new and exciting ways for people to use Google that make it even better. This helps all kinds of people from different places, cultures, incomes, and backgrounds. We work with Google (and some other companies) to support and improve Google's products. We help launch new products for Google's users every year.
The goal of the Digitization Services team is to make offline information available and helpful to people. We help manage partnerships, offer specialized knowledge, and oversee digital processes for various Google products. We help new ideas and projects like Google's Book Search and other scanning projects for Google Arts and Culture, YouTube, Cloud, and more. Our team collaborates with many people both inside and outside of Google to make things that users can use on different Google platforms.
As a Library Partner Manager, you will work closely with important people outside of the company, like executives at other companies. You will also work with managers within Google, as well as other teams involved in creating and developing products. You have many good qualities, such as being able to motivate yourself, being a good leader, having great communication skills, and being able to solve problems and explain difficult concepts well. In this job, you will also go on trips to different countries.

The basic requirements are:
- Candidate must have at least Master's degree in Library and Information Science or relevant work experience.
- Having experience in working closely with others and building connections with them.
Desired qualifications:
- Candidate must have experience in improving operations and processes, creating documents, and writing content for academics.
- Candidate must have worked with libraries, publishers, and licensing of content.
- Candidate must have Knowledge and practice in using computer programming languages like Python, Shell-Scripting, and MySQL.
- Knowing how to organize information and provide accurate descriptions, understanding the rules and guidelines for managing libraries, and being familiar with copyright laws in the United States and worldwide.
- Understanding how to organize and describe items in a library's collection, as well as the rules, steps, and words used in the library.
- Great ability to communicate well in writing and speaking, and to do well in presentations.
