Ensuring a well-functional local organization in the Klagenfurt office, and act as the interfaces between HQ HZA and the other Austrian subsidiaries (4 Stores; Vienna Marketing Office; Showroom Salzburg). Be the first point of contact for all administrative tasks in the areas of Tax, Finance, GBS, Insurance, Legal, Real Estate, Procurement, Own Retail and Governmental Authorities. Act representative for the General Administration Director during holidays or in absence.
Key responsibilities:
➢ support the Director General Administration in all areas of responsibilities for all administrative tasks in the fields of Tax, Finance, GBS, Insurance, Legal, Real Estate, NTP, Own Retail and Governmental Authorities
➢ ensure together with local accounting colleagues from Headquarter that local GAAP guidelines are considered in the monthly, quarterly and year end closings
➢ Riskmanagement: critically and continually review and assess eventual risks (mainly tax and finance related), propose potential solutions and inform Dir. Gen Admin and Internal Controls
Manage and provide requested documentation and answers to external auditors for the yearly financial statement audit and other interim audits (i.e. Tax Audit). Discuss with auditors in case of different accounting opinions to achieve the best possible result and correct in the local GAAP, try to avoid disadvantages for the company, work closely with Group Accounting and Group Tax
➢ Develop, drive and introduce process improvements under consideration of new tax and finance laws in collaboration with the tax and accounting team
➢ Monitor Master Data in SAP Finance concerning tax settings, vendor Reference Data
➢ support accounting and controlling for annual budget and quarterly RFCs for the General Admin Cost centers
➢ Deliver all mandatory figures and information to Statistik Austria ➢ Execute the 4-eyes crosschecks with local Payroll colleague for the monthly payroll, support in work law and Work Council
➢ Consult and coordinate Workplace, Corporate Real Estate, and IT in order to maintain and retain a proper office infrastructure and office Management for all Austrian office locations
➢ Be the key user for procurement system ARIBA
➢ Be the first point of contact for public and federal institutions and their administrative questions
➢ Support Own Retail and Marketing in all questions related to Procurement, Accounting and other administrative tasks
➢ Be responsible and work out the staff accruals in terms of tax and commercial laws (holiday, overtime severances)
➢ Manage the company car fleet for all Austrian company cars

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
➢ Microsoft office and ERP systems (specifically SAP)
➢ strong knowledge of finance and accounting and local GAAP
➢ strong analytical-, problem solving- and investigative skills
➢ ability to accept and meet deadlines, involving effective time management capacity
➢ practical experience of data extraction and analytics tools and their application across the audit lifecycle
➢ fluent in English and German
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
➢ University degree in business, finance or administration
➢ minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business- and finance administration
➢ knowledge in trade or sports companies preferred
➢ good knowledge in Austrian commercial, tax law and accounting knowledge
