Position Summary

As a Learning & Development Specialist at Nestlé Indonesia, you will help create and run training and development programs that help both individuals and the company perform better. You will make sure all these programs match the company's goals.
A Day in the Life
- You will be in charge of training for both inside and outside the company.
- You will handle general training tasks like analyzing training needs, creating training matrices, building training catalogs, keeping training records, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- You will ensure that training is carried out properly and help create competency matrices, competency building plans, and training plans.
- You will lead and organize the Leadership Development Program.
- You will support new employees by setting
- You need at least a bachelor’s degree in any field
- You should have at least 3 years of experience in Training and People Development, though having this experience is a plus
- You must be able to organize training sessions and other events that involve employee engagement
- You should have strong public speaking skills
