Scholarship For International Student Study to Cambridge University ( Undergraduate, Master Degree and PhD)

Scholarship For International Student Study to Cambridge University ( Undergraduate, Master Degree and PhD)

Extended to 30 December 2020

Scholarships

The Trust has in the past few weeks made a number of new awards to applicants and will be continuing the award process over the coming months.
As the Trust has received an extremely large number of applications, your patience would be appreciated while waiting for a decision, bearing in mind that the majority of awards administered by the Trust are made between March and July, in order for successful applicants to take up their places in October.  We are doing our very best to ensure that this process is not unduly affected by the current disruptions.
During the awards period, you will be able to view a current list of awardees here: 'Scholarships Awarded'
As long as you have applied by the funding deadline and have a conditional offer of admission for your course, you will be considered for any awards for which you are eligible.
Please note that due to the number of applications the Trust receives, it is not possible to notify unsuccessful applicants.  Awardees will be notified as soon as is possible.

Use our scholarship search (on the right) to find a list of scholarships for which you may be eligible.

Applications

All scholarships are available only for study at the University of Cambridge, and require that you apply to the University via the normal online application form, and most scholarships require that you apply by the relevant deadline.
There are different procedures for applying for undergraduate study (BA and similar) and for postgraduate study (Masters, PhD and similar).
Applicants must be intending to start a course at the level of:
  • Undergraduate (excluding UK/EU applicants)
  • Masters (such as MPhil, MASt, LLM)
  • Research postgraduate (such as PhD)
Please be aware that the Trust does not offer full-cost scholarships for MBA or MFin programmes.  The Trust will consider co-funding students on MBA and MFin who are nominated to us by funding partners (who may have their own procedures for applying).

Deadlines

Undergraduate study
The application deadline for the 2020 entry is 15 October 2019, 6.00 pm (UK time)
However, there are some exceptions.  If you are applying for undergraduate study and wish to be interviewed in Malaysia or Singapore, the deadline is 20 September 2019.
Graduate study
If you are applying for graduate study, please check and apply by the specific course funding deadline.  There will be two general course funding deadlines of 3 December 2019 and 7 January 2020
Please apply by the relevant funding deadline set for entry to your particular course and complete the 'Funding' section in the online Applicant Portal in order to be considered for funding.
There will be no differential of deadlines for application between UK or EU or International graduate applicants.
