How Will You Succeed With Us?

We are looking for an EU digital operations intern. You will be a key member of the Cartier European e-commerce team, with a direct impact on developing our online sales, maximising our website’s conversion rate and identifying new growth opportunities.

  • You will constantly track conversion KPIs, identify improvement areas, define actions to steer the digital performance and deliver continuous increase in key metrics such as conversion rate, engagement and average basket.
  • You will bring an understanding of web analytics and conversion rate optimization and translate it into stunning user experience leading to commercial benefits.
  • You will report to the European Digital & Conversion Specialist and work closely with Cartier central departments as well as our key e-commerce contacts in the European markets on operational questions and local needs.

How Will You Make An Impact?

You will be working with the EU Ecommerce Business Development team:

  • You monitor closely the conversion KPIs on the Cartier websites and recommend & implement dedicated action plans for conversion rate optimization.
  • You control and ensure a strong and permanent site stability: troubleshooting and resolution on critical issues and their correction, setting-up tools & processes for quality and performance control.
  • You run twice weekly site reviews & audits across desktop & mobile ensuring the highest standards across the site, enabling optimized product performance across all categories. Working with and reporting all bugs to external web developer agency.
  • Based on data-driven & customer-oriented approach, you proactively drive the A/B testing process for Europe through hypothesis, design, brief, sign-off, results, and managing the result into development.
  • You coordinate, test & support final implementation of website optimizations and set-up of new functionalities to maximize our conversion rate.
  • You maintain and enrich our help section as well as our post-purchase automated emails to optimize our client communication and ensure a smooth & easy customer journey
  • You are a strong voice for customer experience in the business. You review, consolidate, prioritize and follow-up on customer feedback to identify customer friction points, websites optimizations and new growth opportunities.


  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Marketing.
  • Good understanding of digital & ecommerce environment and consumer buying behavior.
  • Team player, motivated working with cross-functional and international teams
  • Organized with experience in executing projects and a strong attention to detail
  • Data driven mindset and good analytical skills
  • Self-starter with a commercial drive and sales oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills English
