Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Admin, you will be responsible for:
• Internal office facilities management, repairs and maintenance including routine and special repairs and maintenance, upgrading of equipment, maintenance contracts, matters relating to physical property, electrical, and maintain additional aircon request from the floors.
• Co-ordination and support on matters relating upgrading and maintenance issues.
• Oversee and monitor office security including security system, key control, contract security services, assets security and safety equipment
• Effective liaison with external service providers i.e. Building Management and related vendors to ensure common are work management and efficiency and safety and security issues of office are monitored and adhered too.
• Oversee and monitor internal office safety and required action plan for improvement
• Monitor internal office cleanliness and ensure service providers routine work plan executed.
• Ensure efficient customer service to internal and external customers in terms of speed of resolving issues or service rendered.
• Constantly update and review the overall property management guide and other related circulars on property related issues.
• Support for Organizational Culture and adhoc events.
• Inventory update & ordering supplies: snacks, coffee, can drinks, stationery, campaign merchandise and pantry supplies.
• To process the invoices in a timely and ensuring getting approval for any utilities, services bill and other related to Facilities.
• Touch-point for staff complaints/feedback related to facilities
• Any other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management
• Minimum 3 years and above experience in administration, outsourcing, facilities, and project management.
• Familiar with the building services and facilities management.
• Must be P.C literate.
• Able to interact with the management team and other divisional Heads for project implementation
• Good analytical and problems solving skills and abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
• Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and vendors.
• Proactive, energetic, open-minded, accountable, organized, detail-oriented, multitasking, self-motivated, positive, and a good team player.
• Ability to deliver under pressure level and tight timeline.
• 1 year contract is renewable.
