In this job candidate
will be taking role of Trafford Park People Lead to partnering with their
management team. In this job you will be demanded to think strategically in
regard business partner and also be comfortable working at an operational level
to deliver the people plan. Besides, you have to have strong ability of
ownership and also making relationship with trade union will be great.
Responsibilities
Driving and supporting leadership development across leadership team, making accreditation and audit in the project
Driving recruitment process and onboarding activities, and also build inclusion society in the community through engagement initiatives
Delivering great service to partner
Qualification
Have experience in manufacturing environment and able to manage transformation projects
Have good knowledge of legislation of local employment and good in negotiation and have great influence skill
Have collaboration skill to engage and make collaboration with other organization or company
Have good communication skill and critical thinking and also problem solving
