As international human rights organization UNICEF focuses on children's right especially to children who experience discrimination, inequality, injustice and disadvantaged. UNICEF has been operated in 190 countries and territories. In this job UNICEF and their staff will be concerning on Sudan to pilot and do some research regarding intervention to improve children and youth wellbeing. In Sudan, UNICEF has been implementing some programs related to mental health issues which is this is big deal for children and youth there. The reason why mental health project is very important in Sudan, because children and youth has been affected by conflict effect.
Responsibility
- Candidate will be responsible to support UNICEF and its partner to create programs that can be implemented in the scale of South Sudan especially in mental health issue
- Candidate will train, coach and direct national team to implement and integrate program in South Sudan related the programs
- Candidate will be responsible to introduce about new thinking to national team to implement and reach the children and youth in implementing the program
- Candidate must have at least master degree in social science such as sociology, psychology, international relations, politics, economy and so on
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experiences in working in mental health issue
- Candidate must have ability in critical thinking, creative, and present in simple words
- Candidate must have experience in children issue project
- Candidate must have organizational skill and organization experience
