ODP's Retail Banking Program prepares you for leadership roles across multiple functions and levels within Bank Mandiri, designed to develop senior and retail bankers, with the skills and knowledge to apply finance, lending and wholesale solutions. Experienced bankers and executives will coach you in various aspects of commercial banking and leadership throughout your development journey. Starting with intensive classroom training, followed by on-the-job training and rotations to different areas of the Bank. You will have the opportunity for both exciting and challenging exposure to the middle-market (banking business) serving the middle of the business market.
Qualification
- Local or foreign graduates of a Bachelor's degree (S1) or Master's/post-graduate (S2) in a relevant field of study from a recognized university, such as: economics, engineering, business law, international relations, communications, statistics, mathematics, etc.
- Baccalaureate (S1): minimum 3.00 and average 4.00 GPA, or equivalent
- Master (S2): minimum 3.20 on average of 4.00 GPA, or equivalent
- Maximum age and choice:
- Baccalaureate (S1): 25 years
- Master (S2): 27 years old
- Demonstrate a professional attitude with good networking and communication skills
- Fluent English language, communication and writing
- There are no nuclear family members currently working in Bank Mandiri (ie, parents, siblings)
- Single, single and willing to remain single for the first year of the program
- Ready to move to all of Indonesia
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing and document processing
- Perform ad hoc administrative support/office management duties
- Perform data management to support the organization's operations
- Is required
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (S1), with a minimum of 2.75 (out of 4.00) in the relevant field of study.
- Maximum age and choice:
- 24.00 years for fresh graduates
- 26.00 years for candidates with relevant experience of at least 2 years
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- For recent graduates, preferably single
- No integrity issues
- There are no nuclear family members currently working at Bank Mandiri (i.e. parents or siblings)
