PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) of Indonesia that organizes Railway transportation services and other supporting business businesses with the vision of "becoming the best transportation ecosystem solution for Indonesia", providing opportunities for the best sons and daughters of the Indonesian nation to join and have a career at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in order to fulfill the needs of Conductor, Polsuska, Operational and Maintenance of Infrastructure formations, with the following criteria and requirements:

APPLICANT CRITERIA:

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI);
• Male or Female gender according to formation needs;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Have a valid Diploma/Certificate of Graduation (SKL):
• High School (SMK/MA/SMK/MAK) with a score of:
• National Final Examination (UAN) average of at least 7.0 (seven point zero);
• Specifically for Senior High School (SMA/MA/SMK/MAK) who graduated from 2020 and thereafter, using an average school exam score of at least 7.0 (seven point zero) or 70 (seventy);
• D3 with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) and accreditation of the department/study program at the time of graduation of at least "Very Good (B)" from BAN-PT;
• D4/S1 with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) and accreditation of the department/study program at the time of graduation of at least "Excellent (A)" from BAN-PT.

• Senior High School Education Level of at least 18 (eighteen) years and a maximum of 25 (twenty five) years;
• D3 Education Level of at least 20 (twenty) years and a maximum of 27 (twenty seven) years;
• Education level D4/S1 minimum 21 (twenty one) years and maximum 30 (thirty) years.
• Have a minimum height:
• Conductor and Polsuska Formation: Men minimum 163 cm with ideal body weight;
• Operational Non Crew Formation:
• Men minimum 163 cm with ideal body weight;
• Women minimum 160 cm with ideal body weight.
• Operational and Infrastructure Maintenance Formation:
• Men minimum 160 cm with ideal body weight;
• Women minimum 155 cm with ideal body weight.
• Behaved well;
• No piercings for Men and No tattoos;
• Never used and/or involved in drugs or psychotropics;
• Never been sentenced to prison based on a court decision that has permanent legal force;
• Never stopped working in the KAI Group and Affiliates due to early retirement, at one's own request, or disciplinary punishment;
• Never been dismissed from other institutions due to disciplinary punishment or dishonorably discharged;
• Not having a marital relationship with a company employee when accepted as a company employee; Willing to follow the recruitment selection according to the provisions in force at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero);
• Pass the selection of new employee candidates held by the recruitment committee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).

SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR APPLICANTS:

• Willing to be placed in all work areas of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero);
• Willing to be placed or transferred to a formation according to the needs and regulations in force at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero);
• Determination of job formation is based on the results of each applicant's recruitment selection and the needs of the Company;
• Selection of the selection location does not determine the location of work placement;
• For applicants who register using a Certificate of Graduation (SKL), if they are declared to have passed until the final stage of selection, they must bring their Diploma and SKHUN/Original Transcript documents when signing the service agreement;
• Willing to resign from employment with other institutions if they have met the requirements and are declared to have passed the selection.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Recent passport photo;
• Valid High School/D3/D4/S1 Diploma/Certificate of Graduation (SKL) or legalized photocopy;
• Transcript of Grades:
• High School Education Level uses the original National Examination Score (SKHUN) or legalized photocopy. Especially for High School graduates starting in 2020 and after, use the school exam score on the back of the diploma;
• Original D3/D4/S1 Transcript of Grades or legalized photocopy.
• Valid Identity Card (KTP) or Population Certificate;
• Accreditation of D3/D4/S1 study program majors at the time of graduation;
• For participants with D3 and D4/S1 education levels in operational and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, they must attach a High School Diploma (SMK/MA/SMK/MAK);
• For SLTA-Conductor formations, they must attach a valid English language certificate from an accredited language education institution with a minimum score as follows:
• a. TOEFL ITP: 350;
• b. TOEFL PBT/iBT: 20;
• d. TOEIC: 260;
• e. IELTS: 2.5.
• For D3 education level, it is mandatory to attach a valid English language certificate from an accredited language education institution with a minimum score as follows:
• a. TOEFL ITP: 400;
• b. TOEFL PBT/iBT: 32;
• d. TOEIC: 345;
• e. IELTS: 4.5.
