1. BENEFIT COST CONTROL MANAGEMENT

Implement activities and manage information/data/reports and administration related to increasing the effectiveness of health service claim management through health service claim administration verification activities and coordination with other related work units in order to support the achievement of work unit performance:
  • Implementation of claim administration (verification of primary service claims, referral service claims and government assignment claims)
  • Implementation of claim settlement (disputes, pending and other claim problems)
  • Implementation of claim management including post-claim verification, claim correction and capitation review

2. BENEFIT GUARANTEE MANAGEMENT

Implement activities and manage information/data/reports and administration related to the management of primary and referral health benefit guarantees, including:
  • Implementation of strategy development and preparation of primary and referral benefit policies through quality control and effective costs
  • Implementation of stakeholder synergy activities in advocacy for the issuance of JKN participant primary and referral benefit policy regulations
  • Implementation of system development and digitalization of benefit guarantees
  • Implementation of promotive programs, preventive, curative and rehabilitative JKN
  • Implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities on the effectiveness of primary and referral benefit policies

3. RESEARCH, INNOVATION & DEVELOPMENT

Implementing activities and managing information/data/reports and administration related to research on the main functions of the organization, including:
  • Implementation of research framework and policy development activities
  • Implementation of research topic and concept planning management activities
  • Implementation of research implementation management activities
  • Implementation of research publication management activities

4. STRATEGIC PLANNING

Implementing activities and managing information/data/reports and administration related to actuarial assessment and actuarial valuation management activities, including:

  • Implementation of actuarial framework and policy development activities
  • Implementation of actuarial assessment and valuation activities
  • Implementation of routine actuarial analysis activities
  • Implementation of routine actuarial report activities
5. DATA & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Implementing activities and managing information/data/reports and administration related to data warehouse development, data operations and maintenance, and system development related to the effectiveness of report development and Business Intelligence, including:
  • Implementation of Data Warehouse management activities
  • Implementation of data virtualization development activities
  • Implementation of data and information development, processing activities
  • Implementation of operational activities and maintenance of data processing devices
  • Implementation of Business Intelligence management activities
  • Implementation of Self-Service Business Intelligence management activities
  • Implementation of Artificial Intelligence development and maintenance activities

6. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT

Implementing activities and managing information/data/reports and administration related to the management of information system development through the provision, recording, distribution, storage, updating of documents, and coordination with other related work units in order to support the achievement of work unit performance, including:
  • Implementation of planning and preparation activities for information system development
  • Implementation of information system analysis preparation activities
  • Implementation of information system development activities
  • Implementation application complaint handling activities
  • Implementation of project document preparation activities
  • Implementation of system integration expansion activities
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum education S1 or D-IV
Higher Education Accreditation of at least B or Very Good
Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00
Minimum TOEFL iBT score 61/TOEFL ITP 500/IELTS 5.5
Single (Except for Applicants with a Medical background)
Willing to be placed in BPJS Kesehatan Work Units throughout Indonesia
Maximum age as of December 31, 2024:
S1/DIV: 27 Years
S2: 30 Years
Doctor: 35 Years
