Applications are open to apply for the International Student Exchange Program 2020. The candidates holding a degree of any academic background are eligible to apply for the Student Exchange Program 2020. The duration of the program is one week for all the selected candidates.
International Student Exchange Program 2020is a fully-funded program that covers all the expenses of the selected candidates. The International Student Festival of HARKAT is the largest student Exchange Program Festival event in Iran by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of Iran and hosted by different universities since 2008.
The concept of the festival is to gather students from different parts of the world in a combination of a festival and an exhibition. The festival aims at encouraging student projects and activities, fostering inspiration and being a starting point for international cooperation amongst students.
Young people will meet and get to know each other and make a Friendship and long life connections. Last year 85 students from 54 different countries and 300 students from Iran participated in the festival, which was hosted by the University of Isfahan.

Goals of Exchange Program 2020
- Increase student scientific activities and support and encourage it
- Identify and appreciate the notable achievements students, students groups and associations
- Exchange of experience in scientific activities among students
- Create a platform where students can easily cooperate and interact.
- The festival consists of exhibitions, lectures, team working, walking tours, sport and cultural programs and also sightseeing excursions to natural and historical sites.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange Program 2020
- All the Students from around the world with any Nationality from any Country are eligible.
- There is No Limitation of any Academic Discipline educational Background.
- Current Student is Not Mandatory. Graduate students and young workers can apply as well.
- Applicant’s age should be 18 to 38 years old.
- Able to communicate in English.
- The student or youth from any academic background are eligible to apply.
