How to Apply

Steps to Complete
- Apply to the U.S. Missions to Indonesia/ASEAN’ Human Resources Office prior to the closing date by visiting the JobsDB.com page. You will be asked to provide:
- US Embassy Application for Foreign National Student Intern Program (MS Word 185 KB)
- Statement of Interest (MS Word 13KB)
- Written permission and official transcript of academic standing from university
- Signed Gratuitous Service Agreement (MS Word 19KB)
- Confirmation letter regarding personal medical insurance
- Documentation proving legal resident status (for non-host country foreign nationals)
- If shortlisted, you must be available for the selection process. English skills will be tested as part of the interview.
- If selected, complete the medical examinations and security certifications.
Information and Submission
Requests for information regarding the program should be directed to the Human Resources Office at JKTrecruitment@state.gov. Complete applications must be submitted via JobsDB.com
Deadline for Submission
Submit your application prior to the closing date of the program announcement. Internship availability and content may change depending on current availability and application qualifications. All documents must be included in your application. Incomplete applications will be discarded.
