  • Conducting legal research in broad subject matters, assisting in providing legal review
  • Legal drafting, reviewing and negotiating on various commercial contracts (commercial, NDA, vendor, procurement, lease, marketing, influencer & etc)

B. Qualification
  • Bachelor degree of Law from reputable university
  • At least 1 years experience in the related field but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Good knowledge of corporate and civil laws, intellectual property law, personal data protection law
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work and meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experienced on reviewing and drafting agreements  (especially commercial, influencer/KOL, service, land lease, renovation and IT procurement contract)  and basic legal conduct and/or due diligence would be advantage
