You will join the Production Control team at PT Yamaha Motor Electronics Indonesia, a Yamaha motorcycle component manufacturing industry in West Cikarang, West Java. As a Production Control (PPIC) Staff, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth running of our production operations, focusing on production scheduling and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production based on demand, capacity, and available resources.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and other resources.
- Develop and implement production control procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare reports and analysis for management, providing useful insights for strategic decision making.
- Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of experience in a production control or production planning role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production principles, including material requirements planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Good analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using production-related software, such as ERP, MRP, and spreadsheets.
- Added value for candidates who master MS ofice, Macro / phyton (include in your CV).
