Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design illustrations, mock-ups and video edits for pitches – collaborate with brand strategy and sales teams to design and create custom video solutions for our clients - Design native and branded campaigns for leading brands, and bridge TikTok’s aesthetic with the client’s brand guidelines (including repurposing clients' assets for TikTok) - Should be able to handle post production edits and scripts, and work with editors, vendors and third-party video platforms on the same - Able to condense high level thinking into easily digestible briefs, call sheets, storyboards - You should be able to oversee projects from inspiration to final delivery, including conceptualising, writing, and managing editorial and branded content, graphics production, music composition and sound design - Create and refresh video templates for ongoing projects as needed - Develops and writes scripts and narratives as needed. - Work closely with external vendors (influencers, line producers, directors, writers, music composers, production house, design agency, graphic design & motion graphic studios etc.) when necessary - Contribute to creative workshops and playbooks, guides and content development
Qualifications
- Online portfolio demonstrating success in creating compelling videos and result-focused marketing creatives - Successful track record of producing and editing video content for digital media channels - Command of Adobe Creative Suite or other suites (Premiere Pro, After Effects) - Keen sense of graphic design composition, motion graphics, music and sound design. - Understanding post-production and a grasp of industry practices a must. - Familiarity with workflow for digital and video and audio production multimedia formats and Web standards. - Strong project management skills. - Ability to juggle several projects at one time often under tight deadlines. - Ability to direct shoots if needed, and participate in casting, location, and art direction. - Curious, adaptable and interested in popular culture, art and current trends. - Being a TikTok user with an active account is a plus.
