Job Description:
- Collect information, work with research team with regular tracking on business performance and marketing effectiveness, as well as integrate with other key performance metrics to conclude on actionable insights
- Gather insights and points of improvements
- Collaborate with other functions on projects to deep dive consumers’ interests and give inputs on how to to enhance their interests through the right copywriting for various channels
- Analyse internal data and generate insights about different seller types
- Support business requests by either available resources or self conducted research
- Actionable insights to improve marketing channels effectiveness, campaign optimisation, users growth & segmentation, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from Psychology or other related major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting, product communication, market research, Consumer & Market Insight (CMI), or similar roles
- Deep comprehension of market and consumers insights, copywriting tools, and techniques
- Prior experience in Financial services or startup will be an advantage
- Strong communication and proficiency in English, both verbal and written
