Duties

The incumbent serves as the BEP Administrative Assistant under the primary supervision of the BEP Program Manager under the guidance of an ESTH (Environment, Science, Technology and Health) Officer. S/he provides information gathering, reporting, administrative and interpreting support to members of the BEP Program (including ISN/CTR), ESTH Unit, and Economic Section as needed. 


Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: At least three (3) years of administrative experience is required.

(Please note that one credited year of working experience is equal to 40 hours/week x 52 weeks or 2080 hours.)

Education Requirements:

At least two years of full-time post-secondary education in secretarial or administration is required.

 

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: Fluent speaking/reading/writing in English and Indonesian are required.  This may be tested.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have the ability and confidence to interact and work constructively with working level and high-level officials in the Indonesian government and private sector. Computer literate in Word processing, spreadsheet, database, and emails.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
