Duties
The incumbent serves as the BEP Administrative Assistant
under the primary supervision of the BEP Program Manager under the guidance of
an ESTH (Environment, Science, Technology and Health) Officer. S/he provides
information gathering, reporting, administrative and interpreting support to
members of the BEP Program (including ISN/CTR), ESTH Unit, and Economic Section
as needed.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: At least three (3) years of administrative experience is required.
(Please note that one credited year of working experience is
equal to 40 hours/week x 52 weeks or 2080 hours.)
Education Requirements:
At least two years of full-time post-secondary education in secretarial or administration is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluent speaking/reading/writing in English and Indonesian are required. This may be tested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have the ability and confidence to interact and work constructively with working level and high-level officials in the Indonesian government and private sector. Computer literate in Word processing, spreadsheet, database, and emails.
