Qualification
- Computer skills, including demonstrated experience with electronic project management, resource management and document workflow tools
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership/facilitation, decision-making, process management, analytical skills, negotiating and conflict-management skills, risk management, and written and oral communication
Responsibility
- Responsible of day to day management and smooth operations of various SC Digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal Supply Chain teams to design, develop application and implement digital projects
- Develop detail project timeline, progress monitoring as well as highlight potential risks and proactively act to resolve
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met as per objective
- Collaborate with IT Indonesia and Region, ensuring alignment of resources & support as per needs in the projects
- Self Develop power bi dashboard or applications as per needs, as well as collaborate with Internal Digital Ops and/or External Vendors for software development Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects improvement
