We are now looking for a Digital Registration Intern that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.
These are your key tasks:- Closely work with the 211 FIFA Member Associations to collect data about their status in terms of digital registration & competition management
- Provide support to stakeholders of the FIFA Connect Programme through addressing data quality, IT systems, and other concerns directly with the FIFA Member Associations
- Answering and resolving these issues through a ticketing solution and making sure SLAs are met
- Analysis of the data through suitable tools, such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Identify and suggest areas of improvement
- Assist Member Associations in the implementation of improvement initiatives

- Bachelor degree or similar higher education
- Experience/ Interest in the Sports industry is an advantage
- Experience working with/ analyzing data to generate insights
- Solid communication skills on all levels & customer-centric perspective
- Analytical mindset: Ability to work with large amounts of data
- Reliable & ability to meet tight schedules
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in any other language (F / ES / GER / AR / POR) is an asset
