As a Support Platforms Specialist, you'll manage the capabilities of our core systems that power the YouTube support experience. You will be the trusted subject matter expert to manage and maintain the overall support ecosystem through technical expertise and consultation for system configuration and administration. You'll work with the right cross-functional teams to resolve requests and help manage the YouTube support experience and operations.
You're able to grasp technical concepts quickly, can successfully lead and manage multiple projects at a time, and have a strong passion for helping our users and driving product usage. You are a strong communicator and team player who effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to find innovative new solutions, and scale work effectively.

  • Partner with business teams to understand and resolve their support infrastructure and configuration needs resulting in a high quality support experience for YouTube users and Partners.
  • Deliver the implementation logic, configuration, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of YouTube support infrastructure while managing systems and data integrity for scale.
  • Drive improvement to the support admin infrastructure through documentation, new processes, feature advocacy, and automation
