1. Marketing B2B Partnership 

Responsibility : 

  • Manage and manage CGV relationships
  • Look for new partners who can meet marketing communications goals
  • Create an attractive promotion/affiliation program for each partnership
  • Creating interactive stories
  • Connect with other marketing teams to discuss partnership improvements
  • Supervises small team members for day-to-day operations

Requirement : 

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management
  • Highly organized with full attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Bahasa)

2. Service Improvement 

Responsibility : 

  • It is responsible for reviewing, improving and implementing CGV services (people, products and resources).
  • Analyze and develop best practices and guidelines for cinema sites to improve operational efficiency and service quality through internal and external information sources. Help the Cinema site develop and make improvements in the region. Collect customer information

Job Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in any specialization
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer relations or related field
  • Hotel/airline experience would be a plus. Customer Relationship Management
  • Great thinking skills
