Job Description Content Creation
Including writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communication materials, and social media materials for his channels
Collaborate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop content and regularly monitor progress and implementation of corrective actions
Monitor and control processes and allocated budgets to ensure delivery as promised
Engage with key stakeholders on streamlining the innovation process by sharing insights and improvements
Social media marketing, including creating, managing, and growing a digital banking presence across blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other strategically relevant online properties
Participate in content and brand conversations every minute, respond to comments, and act as a mediator
Identify threats and opportunities in digital banking user-generated content and report to appropriate parties
Optimize feeds, website shares, and search engine tags through copywriting, creative, and keyword optimization
Monitor the functionality of the company's social media channels and content management system on a daily basis
Minimum Qualifications Participation in digital creative industries, millennial communities, and film/publishing companies is an added bonus
His 2+ years of professional experience in brand marketing/digital content creation/publishing
Demonstrates a strong talent for creating or curating multiple types of content and has strong connections with diverse communities/media
You have experience in market research, brand guidelines and strategy
Previous experience working in the media (magazines, digital portals), brands or creative agencies is an advantage
Fluent written and spoken English
