BCA is important for the country's economy because it helps the community, especially customers, with financial support. To gain the trust of customers, BCA always helps them with their financial needs by offering suitable banking solutions. Because of this, BCA Relationship Officers make sure that customers get the financial solutions that are right for them. They also check if potential borrowers are trustworthy. 

BCA has created a one-year training program to help Relationship Officers perform their roles at their best. Graduates of the Relationship Officer Program will be hired right away as full-time employees at BCA branch offices. During the training, the participants will get some money, health coverage, extra money for holidays and at the end of the year, and also receive good training from BCA. 

Requirements: 

• You need at least a high school diploma from any field to meet the minimum education requirement for this job. 
• You need at least a GPA of 2. 75 out of 4. 00 
• The oldest age allowed is 24 years. 
• Are you interested in starting your own business or being an entrepreneur in the job market. 
• Enjoys the field of marketing and business. 
• Likes making friends and connecting with others 
• Having good communication skills means being able to effectively express ourselves, understand others, and engage in meaningful conversations. 
• Capable of handling stressful situations. 
• Do you want to accomplish something. 
• I am not married and do not want to get married while I am studying. 
• I am ready to do service work after finishing school
