Job description :
- Digital Marketing Skills:Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, email marketing and online advertising
- Creative and Content Skills:Excellent skills in copywriting, content development, storytelling and visual design principles
- Media and Public Relations:Proven experience in managing media relations and handling PR crises, as well as knowledge of influencer partnerships
- Data-Driven Approach:Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, track ROI and make data-driven recommendationsFamiliarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems and marketing automation softwareKnowledge of graphic design and video editing software (eg Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc) is an advantage
Qualification :
- The maximum age is 37 years
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Management or related fields
- Languages: Indonesian and English
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar fields The Marketing Communications Manager will support Lido Hotel's marketing and communication strategy, contributing to enhancing the hotel's brand image, reaching the target audience, increasing bookings and guest loyalty The role will implement campaigns, manage digital channels, oversee content creation and build relationships with media, influencers and other relevant partners Key areas of focus will include social media, content marketing, email campaigns, public relations and guest communications Proven experience in the hotel and catering industry, tourism, luxury or hospitality sectors will be an advantage Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaigns, media relations and content creation
